Go-Kart Racing

Go-Kart Racing is any racing title that features "karts" (short for go-karts), miniature cars or similar modes of transport. First made popular by 1992's Super Mario Kart, the majority of titles that fall under this classification feature mascots or a series of cartoon characters that can be clearly seen behind the wheel (there's no roof over the vehicles). Power-ups are usually an important element in this style of game, but don't assign these titles to "Vehicle Shooter" under the Shooter genre or "Combat" under Racing.

Antz Extreme Racing

Choose your favorite Antz character and race towards the finish line. You can drive the backs of larger bugs, run by foot, fly on the backs of flying bugs, or surf on a leaf. Each character has eight types of races they must take on. Collect powerups and take out your opponents. 4 player split screen allows you to play with your friends (except on GBA where you can play 2 players with the link cable).
